The Investors Group Peach Classic 2011
In addition to the Olympic distance event the Sprint distance event will enable athletes who prefer a shorter distance event and younger athletes from 16-17 years of age to participate. Also, the run course to the West Bench and back has been changed to a loop course along Lakeshore and Riverside drives, then along Westminster to Power and Churchill Streets where the turnaround will be located, then back along the same course. Olympic distance athletes will do 2 loops or 10 km, while Sprint distance athletes will do one loop or 5 km.
The race has been named as the BC PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS (Race Series #6) for 2011 for Olympic distance triathlon events. More Olympic Course Info >
